The Cares Act and the CAA of 2021 provides that Employers who prove that their business was affected by a total or partial shutdown due to a governmental order can claim the ERTC refund if more than a nominal part of their business was affected. How much is an ERTC Tax Refund Worth?
ERTC refund amounts vary by employer. The refunds are based on the number of full time employees, the number of quarters affected by the shutdown, the amount of PPP loan forgiveness applied to wages and other factors. We will compute your refund amount after our review.
We will need revenue reports for 2019-2021 by month, 940 payroll filings for quarters 2-4 of 2020 and quarters 1-3 of 2021, payroll ledgers for 2019 through Sept. 2021, PPP loan forgiveness applications, any Covid Relief Grants received and information about your partial or total shutdown.
